WHAT IS SHELTER?
Milshel military shelters are integrated structures designed to house and protect all military electronic and communication equipment within a single secure system. Especially used as radar, electronic warfare, and command-and-control stations, these shelters ensure that critical hardware is safeguarded against environmental effects.
Positioned at the core of military communication, radar, and electronic warfare systems, MILSHEL shelters hold a vital role in the defense industry by providing a protected and controlled operational environment.
The panel construction technology is based on lightweight aluminum alloy sheets and profiles, combined with a polyurethane sandwich panel structure. Thanks to this advanced construction method, both empty and fully equipped shelter weights are minimized while maintaining structural integrity.
Structurally, the shelter consists of six panels, with panel names determined according to the direction of vehicle travel. All panels share the same monolithic aluminum sheet structure, bonded with profiles and polyurethane to create a robust and unified body.
This design ensures high resistance against heavy weather conditions and demanding transportation environments, delivering durability, reliability, and long service life under harsh operational scenarios.
