SHELTER

MILITARY SHELTER

MILSHEL shelters are designed to protect electronic equipment and operators from harsh environmental effects. All units are manufactured in compliance with ACE Standard Specification 6516/SHCPR/86 and provide sufficient interior volume for installation, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems.

The structure consists of six reinforced sandwich panels (four walls, ceiling, and floor) made of aluminum alloy surfaces, non-combustible rigid polyurethane, and internal structural supports. Shelters operate between -40°C and +55°C, withstand 100% humidity and salt spray for two weeks, resist 50 mm/hour rainfall at 35 km/h wind, and can be submerged in 50 cm water without leakage.

Roof load capacity is 500 kg/m², the floor is non-slip and electrically insulated, and the door ensures rain and RFI sealing with emergency internal opening. MILSHEL shelters provide 60 dB attenuation for electric fields (150 kHz–10 MHz), magnetic fields (150 kHz–50 MHz), and plane waves (100 MHz–10 GHz). Transport compatibility includes helicopter, NATO trucks, C-130 aircraft, rail, and road platforms.
