Quality Policy of MILSHEL delivers high-quality military shelters and system projects tailored to customer needs in communication, radar, electronic warfare (EW), UAV/SiHA, missile and satellite systems.
“With the production of military type shelters and the integration of shelters into the system, our company, which carries out projects serving systems such as Mobile Communication, Radar and Surveillance, Electronic Warfare, UAV SiHA Command and Control Stations, Missile Rocket Control Systems, Maintenance and Repair Stations and Satellite Communication, and imports and exports, aims to grow steadily by continuously meeting the needs and expectations of its customers” as its Quality Policy.
This level of quality is made possible by adopting a system of procedures that demonstrates the company’s authority and the effectiveness of independent audits to existing and potential customers.
The success of this policy involves all staff members, each individually responsible for the quality of their work, supported by a continuously improved working environment. The Quality Control Manager undertakes to establish and maintain the required level of quality system responsibility through routine operation.
The objectives of the management system are as follows;
• To effectively implement, integrate, and continuously review International Standards ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) in compliance with their requirements.
• To establish and maintain a coherent quality assurance system; continuously improve quality by promoting teamwork and developing employee competence.
• To keep product and service standards within target quality and budget limits; complete each project on time and in full compliance with requirements.
• To ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and applicable standards; deliver competitive, appropriate-quality products and services on time.
• To ensure compliance with relevant legal and security requirements within Environment, OHS, and other management system scopes.
• To increase process efficiency to internationally competitive levels through continuous improvement and excellence approaches.
• To reduce natural resource consumption; monitor and control environmentally harmful wastes; prevent raw material waste and continuously save energy.
• To maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided by MILSHEL Savunma Sanayi A.Ş.
• To organize trainings that improve technical and behavioral competencies and provide resources to develop awareness and responsibility for quality, environment, and OHS among employees and related parties.
• To follow new technologies closely to reach the highest values in productivity.
• To evaluate OHS risks, create a safe working environment for all activities, and take preventive measures.
• To evaluate risks related to information assets (including stakeholders); ensure secure access by reducing threat impacts; protect integrity and confidentiality.
