TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy applies to all digital platforms owned by MILSHEL Savunma Sanayi A.Ş., including https://milshel.net/.

The present Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) apply to all websites and applications owned by MILSHEL Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. (“MILSHEL”), including https://milshel.net/ where this Policy is published or referenced (collectively referred to as the “Digital Platforms”), and cover individuals who visit these websites and use these applications (“Users”).

Information collected offline, as well as information used within the scope of the Digital Platforms and provided or obtained by third parties, is outside the scope of this Policy. Use of the Digital Platforms is subject to the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Policy by the Users.

Pursuant to the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, and other relevant legislation, all rights related to the Digital Platforms belong to MILSHEL.

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to all written, visual, audio, and electronic materials published on the Digital Platforms belong to MILSHEL or the relevant third parties and are protected under applicable legislation.

Without the written consent of MILSHEL, the Digital Platforms or their content may not be copied, reproduced, processed, or used in any medium.

All content on the Digital Platforms is provided solely for promotional and informational purposes. No guarantee is given regarding accuracy or timeliness.

MILSHEL reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the content of the Digital Platforms and services offered.

Personal data obtained within the scope of the Digital Platforms are processed in accordance with applicable legislation and relevant policy texts published on https://milshel.net/.

MILSHEL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Digital Platforms and shall not be liable for losses arising from interruptions or errors.

Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to Turkish Law, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction.

This Policy has been effective as of 01.06.2021.
