ACE/6516/SHCPE

MILSHEL designs and manufactures military shelters fully compliant with the NATO ACE/6516/SHCPE specification. This standard defines key requirements for structural integrity, environmental durability, sealing, transportability, and electromagnetic protection. Our shelters exceed these requirements by delivering high reliability, modular integration, and rapid deployment capabilities.

Engineered to operate between −40 °C and +55 °C, MILSHEL shelters withstand high humidity, heavy rainfall, salt fog, sand, and dust. Equipped with ISO corner castings, forklift pockets, and lifting points, they are compatible with land, air, and sea transport, and can be rapidly deployed in the field. Shielded doors and gasket solutions ensure robust RFI/EMI protection.

Built with aluminum sandwich panels, fire-resistant cores, corrosion-resistant coatings, and anti-slip antistatic flooring, the shelters provide strong structural integrity. Interiors are fully modular, allowing integration of power distribution panels, HVAC and CBRN filtration systems, 19” racks, and cable entry solutions.

MILSHEL shelters are ideal for C4ISR command centers, radar and electronic warfare sites, UAV ground control units, mobile CBRN laboratories, communication hubs, and disaster response facilities. All projects are validated according to MIL‑STD‑810 (environmental testing) and MIL‑STD‑461 (EMC/EMI testing).

With over 25 years of engineering expertise, MILSHEL delivers reliable, durable, and customizable shelters that guarantee maximum performance under the most demanding mission profiles.
